History

The Family Resource Centre (FRC) is an amalgamation of the services provided by the Women’s Resource Centre, National Parenting Programme and Young Parents Programme. We have combined our services and expanded them to serve you better.

We are a Government agency under the Department of Counselling Services (DOCS), and in addition to the services we provide, our clients now have access to a continuum of services which include individual, couple and family therapy, non-medical detoxification and residential addiction treatment programmes for both men and women. All DOCS agencies provide free, confidential services in a safe and supportive environment.
