Understanding ADHD Parenting Workshop

An interactive psycho education virtual parenting workshop for parents with children presenting with symptoms of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) or children who have been formally diagnosed with ADHD.

Duration: 4 weeks

Participants will learn:

• What ADHD is and the features and behaviours associated with the diagnosis
• Parenting strategies to support children diagnosed with ADHD or presenting with symptoms of ADHD
